New England Patriots QB Tom Brady Has Had A Tough Year As His Family Is Dealing With Some Health Problems
Tom Brady was asked at Super Bowl 51 Opening Night who his hero was, he said it was his Dad but was worked up emotionally when fielding the question.
Tuesday morning Brady was asked why the question was so difficult for him to answer.
“It’s been a challenging year for my family, just for some personal reasons. It’ll just be nice having everyone here watching us this weekend. That’s my mom and dad. They’ve been so supportive my entire life, it’s nice to be able to show them . . . to try to make them proud . . . My mom hasn’t been to a game this season. My dad has been to [only] one. It’s very atypical.”
According to CSNNE’s Tom E. Curran, Brady’s mom has been dealing with health issues the last 18 months, but is doing much better recently.
So Brady’s response on Monday night now makes a ton of sense, thankfully Brady’s Mom and Dad will be in attendance this Sunday cheering on their son who is looking to net his fifth Super Bowl victory.
